AR1BP400 Series
The AR1BP400 Series is a range of self-contained, air-cooled, Class A solid-state power amplifiers designed for pulsed applications requiring wide instantaneous bandwidth and high current. Covering 1 to 400 MHz, the series offers power levels from 20 kW to 500 kW for HEMP & NEMP testing , EMC, radar simulation and scientific applications.
Each amplifier incorporates a Digital Control Panel with a colour LCD touchscreen and rotary control, providing local or remote operation, forward and reflected power monitoring, amplifier status information and gain adjustment. Built-in monitoring, fault logging and protection help safeguard the amplifier against conditions such as overheating and power-supply faults.
Overview
The AR1BP400 Series provides high-power pulsed RF performance across 10 kHz to 400 MHz. The modular architecture supports straightforward maintenance and service, while remote control and status monitoring are available through Ethernet, USB, GPIB/IEEE-488, fibre-optic serial and RS-232 interfaces.
