Chamber Project Manager
AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation (ARI), located in Souderton, PA, is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to play a key role in our RF Chamber business. We sell and construct RF Chambers, including semi and full anechoic chambers, reverberation chambers, and antenna measurement chambers.
The ideal candidate will work in a small team setting to support Sales in securing RF chamber opportunities, as well as supporting other Project Managers throughout execution phases.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales and team to secure RF Chamber opportunities.
- Develop end-to-end chamber solutions that meet profit, schedule, and quality goals, as well as customer expectations.
- Identify competitive sources of chamber components required for chamber assembly.
- Maintain awareness of the latest technical advances in products, components, and R&D techniques.
- Assist task groups in assembly, modifications, maintenance of chambers.
- Work closely with Chamber suppliers to aid in the design of Chambers and develop solutions for existing chambers to meet performance requirements.
- Ensure through design and regular updates that Chambers remain manufacture-able and exceed a gross cost margin set by management.
- Assist in providing profitability reports to management.
- Assist in developing cost estimates.
- Routinely collaborate with others in a team environment.
- Assume additional tasked assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- BS from four-year college or university (Mechanical Engineering preferred) plus one to five years related construction project experience, or Associate degree and 7 years related construction project experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- RF or anechoic chamber construction is a plus.

Junior RF Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Work with our team of experienced, on-site engineers while participating in the research and development of new technology and techniques in the field of broadband RF and microwave power amplifiers
- Assist in design and develop RF/microwave circuits for new products with the help of EDA and 3D EM software

Basic Requirements:
